Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
Pinch sea salt
1 cup Wildberry World of Chia Fruit Spread
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Use the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment or a hand held electric mixer and a large bowl. Add the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla paste and sea salt into the bowl and whip until stiff peaks form then turn off the mixer.
2. Using a spatula, swirl in the Wildberry World of Chia Fruit Spread leaving white streaks then add the chocolate chips until combined.
3. Scoop the ice cream into a 6 cup freezer safe container and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
