PB&J Protein Oats

1杯牛奶
1/2杯燕麦卷
少量海盐
2汤匙大麻籽
1/2汤匙奇雅籽
2茶匙肉桂
1/4茶匙生姜
1/8杯花生酱粉
1 1/2汤匙奇雅世界果酱,任选口味
3汤匙切碎的核桃
2汤匙香蕉片

1.在中火的小深煮锅中,将1杯牛奶炖煮,然后加入1/2杯燕麦和少许海盐,将热量减至中等,偶尔搅拌5分钟。

2.然后加入大麻籽、奇亚籽、肉桂、姜、花生酱粉、1汤匙奇雅果酱、2汤匙切碎的核桃拌匀。

3.顶级燕麦片配香蕉片,剩下的核桃,在上面撒上奇雅世界果酱。
