Ingredients:
2 whole grain english muffins
½ cup natural cottage cheese
2 tablespoons World of Chia Blackberry Premium Chia Fruit Spread
1 fresh blackberry cut in half for garnish
1 fresh herb for garnish
1. Place muffins on a toaster.
2. Spread ¼ of a cup of cottage cheese on each muffin.
3. Place one tablespoon of World of Chia Blackberry Premium Chia Fruit Spread on each muffin.
4. Place half fresh blackberry on top as garnish.
5. Adorn with a herb.
